Non-standard 2 1/4" Tubular Conversion Latch. Overview
Non standard 2 1/4" back set tubular conversion latch designed to fit in modern door cut out's and facilitate use of either original or reproduction antique door lock sets with a 5/16" square or threaded spindle. The latch face plate measures 2 1/4" tall by 1" wide and the latch housing is 3/4" tall 5/8" wide recessing 3 1/8" into the door. The strike plate measures 2 1/4" tall by 1 1/2" wide including the tongue.
